How You Opt In

You opt in to receive SMS and WhatsApp messages by submitting your phone number through our consultation request form and checking the SMS consent checkbox. The consent checkbox is not pre-selected and requires your active agreement before submission. No messages are sent without your explicit consent.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your engagement. You will typically receive between 1 and 5 messages per inquiry. We do not send bulk marketing blasts or promotional messages unrelated to your request.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. ApsteQ does not charge for SMS or WhatsApp messages.

How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. You can also opt out by emailing [email protected] or calling us directly.

Data Handling for SMS/WhatsApp

Phone numbers collected for SMS and WhatsApp communications are stored securely and used only for the purposes described above. They are never used for cold outreach or unsolicited messaging, and are retained only for the duration of your engagement with APS Technologies dba ApsteQ unless you request earlier deletion.

Third-Party Messaging Platforms

We use Twilio for SMS delivery and Meta's WhatsApp Business API for WhatsApp messaging. These platforms process your phone number solely to deliver messages on our behalf. Their use of your data is governed by their respective privacy policies: Twilio Privacy Policy and WhatsApp Privacy Policy.
