Built. Maintained. Quietly working in the background.

Websites That Convert. Maintenance That Actually Maintains.

We build custom websites for service businesses focused on conversion, mobile speed, and clean SEO foundations. Then we keep them healthy with monitoring, content updates, and a contact form wired straight to your inbox and Google Sheet.

Website Development

Custom-Built Sites for Service Businesses

We build fully custom websites for service businesses where the site is supposed to do real work: bring in leads, get the phone ringing, make booking obvious. Not a template patched together. Not a page builder with 40 plugins fighting each other. A clean build, tuned for conversion, mobile speed, and the SEO foundations Google actually rewards.

Custom Design

Designed around how your customers actually think about your service, not a generic template. Built to look like you, not the agency that built it.

Responsive Build

Mobile-first. The site reads, scrolls, and converts the same on a phone in a parking lot as it does on a 27-inch monitor.

On-Page SEO Foundations

Clean titles and meta. Proper heading hierarchy. Sitemap. Robots.txt. Schema markup for services and reviews. The plumbing Google looks for before it ranks you.

Hosting Setup

We pick the right host for your stack and set it up properly. Domain pointed correctly. Caching tuned. CDN where it makes the site faster, skipped where it does not.

SSL Certificate

HTTPS configured. Renewal automated. Browser warnings handled before they ever scare a visitor off your site.

Clean Handover

Sitemap.xml and robots.txt configured. Admin access in your name. Documentation for what was built and where it lives. If you ever leave us, you leave with the keys.

Built Conversion-First, Not Pretty-First

Pretty is easy. Pretty that converts is the actual job. Every page we build asks one question first: what is the visitor here to do, and is the shortest path between them and that action obvious in under three seconds? Headlines lead. Forms are short. CTAs are visible without scrolling. Trust signals are placed where doubt would otherwise creep in.

Ongoing Maintenance

A Website is a Living Asset. Treat It Like One.

Most websites die quietly. SSL expires. A contact form silently stops delivering. Opening hours go stale and walk-ins disappear. The new service line you added six months ago is still missing from the homepage. The site looks fine. It is not fine. Maintenance is the active care that keeps it doing the job you paid to have it do.

24/7 Uptime Monitoring

We get alerted the moment your site stops responding. Often we know and have started fixing it before your first customer of the day notices.

In-Year Minor Updates

Text edits, photo swaps, new FAQs, opening hours, adding or removing service lines, typo fixes. The hundred small changes a real business needs across a year, handled without a project quote every time.

Branding-Free Contact Form

A clean form that looks like your site, not like a third-party widget plastered on top. No external logo. No "Powered by". Wired straight to your inbox and Google Sheet.

Instant Email Notifications

Every form submission lands in your inbox in seconds, formatted for skimming. You see the lead before they have closed the browser tab.

Auto-Sync to Google Sheets

Every submission also writes to a Google Sheet you own. Your lead history lives in your Google account, not in some agency database. If you ever leave us, you keep every row.

Backend Automation Handled by Us

The form, the email routing, the Google Sheet sync, the spam protection. All of it runs on our automation stack. You see leads. We handle the plumbing.

SSL & Hosting Health Checks

Certificate expiry, DNS drift, host-side errors, performance regressions. We check the boring infrastructure stuff so you do not have to remember it exists.

Security Patches & CMS Updates

If your site runs WordPress or any CMS with a plugin ecosystem, those plugins need patching constantly. We track the CVE feeds and apply updates before they become headlines.

The Boring Part is the Whole Point

A maintained website is supposed to be invisible. You should never think about it. You should only notice it when the leads keep landing in your inbox week after week, and you realize you have not opened the admin panel in months. That is the goal. Nothing breaks. Nothing rots. The site keeps doing its quiet job.

FAQ

Questions Worth Answering Honestly

No marketing-speak. Direct answers to the questions service businesses actually ask before signing up.

What counts as a "minor" update vs a "major" update?

Minor updates are content and configuration changes: editing text, swapping photos, adding or removing service lines, updating opening hours, adding new FAQs, fixing typos, refreshing testimonials, or updating staff bios. These are covered under maintenance. Major updates are scope changes: adding entirely new pages, redesigning sections, building new functionality, integrating a new system, or restructuring the site. We scope and quote major updates separately so neither side has surprises.

Do I need a maintenance plan if I only have a basic brochure website?

Yes. Even a brochure site needs SSL certificate renewal, security patches, hosting health checks, link rot fixes, and content edits when your services, hours, or pricing change. Without active care, brochure sites quietly break. SSL expires. Contact forms stop delivering. Opening hours go stale and you lose walk-ins. Maintenance keeps the site doing its job: turning visitors into customers.

Can you maintain a website that someone else built?

Yes, in most cases. We do a one-time audit of the existing build to confirm we can work inside it: which stack it uses, where it is hosted, whether the codebase is accessible, and whether the previous developer left clean handover. If the audit clears, we onboard the site and start monitoring and updating it the same way we would a site we built. If the codebase is locked down or so messy that maintenance would cost more than rebuilding, we tell you honestly and quote a rebuild instead.

How quickly do you respond to update requests?

Standard request turnaround is 24 to 48 hours on business days. Urgent fixes (the site is down, a form has stopped working, an SSL warning is scaring visitors away) are handled the same business day. Larger batched edits (a full price list update, a new service line, several new photos at once) are scheduled and confirmed back with a target completion date.

Do you guarantee uptime?

We monitor uptime 24/7 and we get alerted before you do. We do not publish a contractual uptime SLA because the underlying hosting platforms we use (Cloudflare Pages, Netlify, managed WordPress hosts) already operate at 99.9% or higher and a layered SLA on top of that is marketing, not a real guarantee. What we do guarantee: if your site goes down, we know within minutes, we tell you, and we fix it the same business day in nearly every case.

Let's See If Your Site is Doing Its Job

One discovery call. We look at what you have today, what is leaking, and what a quietly working website would actually do for your bookings. No deck. No pitch. Just a working diagnosis.
