What you'll own
- Build and test simple n8n workflows under guidance from the AI Automation Engineer
- Help maintain and debug existing automations in production
- Perform data entry, cleanup, and CRM tasks to support workflow operations
- Research and prototype new AI and LLM use cases for the team
- Document workflows and create runbooks so they can be maintained later
- Take ownership of small automation tasks end to end as you gain independence
- Troubleshoot workflow failures and escalate issues appropriately
How success is measured
- Number of small automations shipped per month
- Reliability of assigned workflows (uptime, error rate)
- Learning velocity: progression from guided tasks to independent execution
- Quality of documentation and handoff materials
- Ability to own a workflow from brief to deployment
What you must bring
- Genuine hands on curiosity and real tinkering with automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier) or basic coding, even in personal projects
- Logical, problem solving mindset
- Fluent written English
- Available for a full time internship
Bonus points for
- Prior experience with n8n or similar workflow automation platforms
- Basic JavaScript or Python skills
- Familiarity with LLM tools (ChatGPT, Claude)
- Any automation or bot you have built yourself, even a small personal project
- Experience with Google Sheets, Airtable, or CRM tools

This role requires genuine hands on tinkering and self driven learning. If you have zero automation experience and want to passively learn about AI without building anything, this is not the right fit.
