How JFIT Connect Grew Its Active Professionals 3.7x in 11 Weeks

A two-sided fitness marketplace in Dubai came to us after an agency left them with a report full of "N/A". Eleven weeks later the platform had 3.7 times as many active professionals, and every step from ad to activation was measured.

The problem

Burned by an agency, with demand already waiting

JFIT Connect matches vetted fitness professionals with customers who book and pay for sessions. Two sides means two funnels: professionals apply, get verified, set prices and open their calendar, while customers find someone nearby and book.

Before us, a previous agency had a broad scope and a monthly report. The last one showed 21 installs and every revenue line marked "N/A", with the status "on track". The agency also held the domain, hosting and ad accounts.

The founders' first question to us was not "what will you do?" It was "isn't this too broad?" They wanted a narrow, dated plan, real numbers instead of status words, and their accounts back in their own name.

81%of the professionals JFIT's team reached by phone said yes. Only 56 were active.

Their team had called 713 professionals by hand. The demand was there. It was leaking out of a manual queue with no follow-up and a document backlog nobody was nudging, so the first work went into follow-through, not new ads.

What we did, by stage

Five stages, one team

We run every app through the same growth stages: foundation, awareness, acquisition, conversion, retention and monetization. On a focused budget we ran the five that would move the number first.

Foundation

Recovered the domain, hosting, ad, email and app accounts from the previous agency into JFIT's name, switched on install attribution for iOS and Android, and pulled every professional record into one CRM.

For the first time every stage, from ad to activated professional, was visible on one live dashboard.

Acquisition

Launched Meta campaigns for both sides of the marketplace, a separate iOS install campaign, and a reactivation journey for the professionals who had already said yes but never went live.

The list JFIT already owned became the biggest single source of new supply, and paid campaigns added fresh applicants on top.

Conversion

Shortened the application form and handed applicants straight into the app's own signup, designed with JFIT's developers so no personal data sits in a link. Added a two-way WhatsApp inbox to the dashboard.

Applicants moved into the app while they were still interested, instead of waiting in a call queue.

Retention

Automated the professional journey on WhatsApp with approved templates: welcome, documents, in review, set pricing, live. Each step triggers the next message and every status change is recorded.

The document backlog started clearing itself, and progress through onboarding became something JFIT could measure.

Awareness

Relaunched social on four platforms, built landing pages in English and Arabic on JFIT's own domain, produced 24 videos and 184 static designs, and started a weekly blog.

Every ad now lands on JFIT's own pages, and the brand posts every day instead of going quiet.
