Which dental marketing agency should an Indian clinic hire in 2026?
We are the pick for clinics that want Google Ads plus WhatsApp follow-up and a steady flow of implant and aligner patient leads, with calls answered while you are chairside. Choose Dental Master Media or 511 Digital Marketing for SEO-led work, Harvee Healthcare for websites in Chennai and Coimbatore, and ICG if you want a performance team with a lead-management platform.
We are one of the agencies listed, so read this with that in mind. Every competitor claim below comes from that agency's own website, checked on 6 October 2026, and we have said where each one fits better than we do. Updated October 2026.

Where ApsteQ fits
Our dental marketing for India is the PatientFlow System adapted to Indian clinics: campaigns budgeted and optimised in rupees, separate campaigns and landing pages per treatment, WhatsApp follow-up so fewer enquiries go cold, an AI voice agent that answers and qualifies calls around the clock, and reporting on cost per lead, cost per booked consult and cost per acquired patient.
Our proof is on public pages: verified dental client reviews from clinic owners in Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Delhi, Coimbatore and Kolkata, and an on-camera testimonial from Dr Adeeba Adil, endodontist and founder of Rifadel Dental in Kolkata, who moved from an unreliable freelancer to tracked campaigns. See also our guide to dental implant marketing in India.
Where we are not the right call: a clinic that needs only a website or SEO, a one-time campaign instead of a committed system build, or a clinic unwilling to update its landing pages or booking system so we can integrate it.
Dental Marketing by City: Chennai, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Delhi
Local search behaviour and competition differ by city, so start from the page for yours:
- Dental marketing in Chennai. 511 Digital Marketing lists Chennai as a base, and Harvee Healthcare operates in Chennai and Coimbatore.
- Dental marketing in Mumbai. ICG has a dedicated Mumbai page.
- Dental marketing in Bangalore. ICG and 511 Digital Marketing both list Bangalore.
- Dental marketing in Hyderabad. ICG and 511 Digital Marketing both list Hyderabad.
- Dental marketing in Delhi. ICG has a Delhi page, and Dental Master Media lists Delhi among its cities.
How to Compare Dental Marketing Agencies in India
- Who owns the ad accounts? Your Google Ads, Meta, Google Business Profile and call-tracking accounts should be in your name. If the agency owns them, your history leaves when they do.
- Do they report cost per booked consult, or cost per lead? A lead that never picks up is not cheap. Ask for cost per lead, cost per booked consult and cost per acquired patient side by side.
- Is the funnel treatment-specific? Implants, aligners, root canal and general checkups attract different patients with different budgets. Look for separate campaigns and landing pages per treatment.
- Is WhatsApp follow-up part of the engagement? WhatsApp is where Indian patients actually reply. Ask who messages the lead, how fast, and what happens to a missed call.
- Is call tracking in place? Many dental enquiries arrive as phone calls. Without call tracking and recording, you cannot say which ad produced which booking.
- DCI compliance: Ask how ad copy and before-and-after material are checked against Dental Council of India advertising rules.
What Does Dental Marketing Cost in India?
We do not publish a rate card. Here is what other agencies publish on their own sites. These figures are self-reported by the agencies, are not independent benchmarks, and use different definitions:
- ICG: states retainers starting at ₹20,000 per month for smaller practices and full engagements typically ₹1.5 to 4 lakh per month plus ₹1 to 5 lakh of ad spend. It reports a median cost per qualified lead of ₹780, against a ₹1,100 market median (Q2 2026). Source: ICG dental marketing India.
- DiziSpark: states full-service packages typically run ₹25,000 to ₹70,000 per month depending on location and competition. Source: DiziSpark.
- Harvee Healthcare: states a median cost per qualified lead of ₹1,650. Source: Harvee Healthcare.
The three cost-per-lead figures differ by more than two times, which tells you the definition of a "qualified" lead matters more than the number. Ask each agency how it defines one, and whether you will also pay ad spend separately.
Questions to Ask on the First Call
- Will the ad accounts, call tracking and landing pages be in my name, and can I export them if we part ways?
- How do you define a qualified lead, and which three numbers will you report weekly?
- How many campaigns will you run for implants or aligners, and what do the landing pages look like?
- Who follows up on WhatsApp and calls, how fast, and what happens outside clinic hours?
- How do you handle DCI advertising rules in ad copy and patient photos?
- What will you need from my front desk, and what do you do if enquiries are not converting to appointments?
- What is the contract term, and what do I keep if I leave?
What the First 90 Days Should Look Like
- Month 1, foundation: account access in your name, conversion and call tracking verified, competitor research, treatment landing pages live, WhatsApp and call handling tested before spend scales.
- Month 2, learning: search terms reviewed weekly, negatives added, ad and landing page variants tested, and the first reliable cost per booked consult read from clean data.
- Month 3, decision: keep what books consults, cut what does not, and scale on cost per acquired patient rather than enquiry volume.
Be wary of anyone promising a patient count in week one. Paid campaigns need data before they can be judged.
